The California Fair Employment and Housing Council (FEHC) finalized TWO new sets of regulations that will take effect on July 1, 2017. Dealing with Criminal History Use and Transgender Discrimination, CA employers should pay close attention to these new rules.

Recently the California Fair Employment and Housing Council (FEHC) finalized two new sets of regulations that will both go into effect on July 1, 2017. California employers should pay close attention to these new rules specifying Criminal History Use and Transgender Discrimination you will likely need to adjust your policies and practices compliance standards in the very near future.  Specific points included in the report are:
